Delivery/Shipping Policy

GENERAL
Delivery will be made to the address specified by you when you place your order. We offer free delivery, in Hong Kong, for orders over HKD 500. Orders less than HKD 500 will incur a delivery charge of HKD 80.
 
Our delivery time is 10am to 5pm, however delivery windows are an indication, and not a guarantee of delivery within specific hours. We reserve the right to deliver at any time within your allocated delivery day.
 
Delivery days will be notified to you after your order has been placed, for in stock products it generally takes place 1 to 5 days from your order date depending on your location. For preorder products, it might take 5 to 60 days. Whilst we make every effort to deliver all your goods on the agreed day, we reserve the right to change your delivery date and will notify you.
 

Location delivery Schedule:

Tuesday, Thursday – YuenLong, Tsuen Men, The peak
Monday, Friday – Sai Kung, Shatin
Wednesday, Saturday – Tung Chung, Discovery Bay
Areas not included above can be deliver daily.
 
In case of absence of the customer at the mutually agreed and scheduled time, the goods will be delivered at the front door of the given address, and left under the customer responsibility. Repertoire Culinaire HK will not be responsible for any waste incurred due to the customer absence.

Schedule:

Fresh Fruits and Veg from France: We run two shipments a week. Order cut off on Thursday to receive Friday (D+7). Order cut off Tuesday to receive Monday (D+5).


Fruits and Veg from Turkey: We run one shipment a week. Order cut off Friday to receive Wednesday (D+4).


Fruits and Veg From Italy: We run one shipment a week. Order cut off Monday at 2 pm to receive Friday (D+3).


Cheese from France: We run one shipment a week. Order cut off Wednesday to receive the following Friday (D+8).


Charcuterie from France: We run one shipment a week. Order cut off Wednesday at 8 pm to receive the following Friday (D+10).


Seafood from France: We run two shipments a week. Order cut off Thursday to receive on following Friday (D+8). Order cut off Tuesday to receive Monday (D+5).


David Herve Oysters: We run two shipments a week. Order cut off Tuesday to receive on Monday (D+5). Order cut off Thursday to receive the following Friday (D+8).


RETURNS

Any product will be refunded or replaced if:
- The product is damaged
- The product is faulty
- The order is incomplete
